Dressing Up for the Holidays – An Important Tip

It’s that time of year when parties abound and the opportunities to ‘dress up’  are more than at any other time of year.

When you’re deciding what to wear, keep in mind that the silks, satins and loosely woven fabrics you’re donning are very fragile and extremely susceptible to snags and abrasion.

Be especially careful with crystal and other encrusted accessories and jewelry (prongs, charms, etc).  The simple act of placing your evening bag on your lap could result in a slight, but unsightly and irreversible abrasion that could ruin the look of your outfit.
